Our mixers come in standalone mixers, mixer and grinder models, and equipment linking the meat mixer to marinating equipment for efficiency, but still meeting your daily workflow.

Types of Meat Mixers

Mixer-Grinder Combos

Grind chunks of meat to fineness, then mix your spices int the meat; all in one unit. They save on space when processing, and no need to physically transfer the meat from a grinder to a mixer, benfitting operations that require both grinding and mixing.

Systems with Marination Tumblers

For meats that are marinated (deli roasts or flavored sausages), our mixers support vacuum tumblers for the marinating process. After mixing the spices into the meat, the tumbler utilizes vacuum pressure to infuse the flavor faster, improving taste and efficiency.

What types of meat are Cookimech mixers designed to process?

Our mixers are designed to work with fresh or frozen meats (beef, pork, chicken, mutton…and blends) with marinades, spices or other additives.
Most components are detachable. Rinsing with warm water + detergent; and for easier cleaning, some models support CIP (clean-in-place).
Absolutely. We can customize capacity, speed, and features (e.g., vacuum mixing and integrated grinder).
From small 120KG batches (great for delis/butcher shops) to 1200KG in an industrial production line.
