The UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) Instant Sterilizer is widely used for the sterilization of milk, fruit juice, tea beverages, and other products. This ultra-high temperature sterilizer integrates heating, sterilization, cooling, and heat recovery into one system. A touch screen displays real-time production data online. This equipment is suitable for continuous sterilization of fruit
and vegetable juice, tea beverages, dairy drinks, or similar materials. It enables ultra-high temperature instant sterilization and rapid pasteurization within a short period, ensuring that the nutrients in the material are not destroyed or lost, and the product color remains unchanged.
The UHT sterilizer consists of a heat recovery section for hot and cold materials, a preheating section, a sterilization and heat preservation section, and a cooling section. The entire sterilization process is fully automated, allowing flexible sterilization temperature settings on the human-machine interface. The temperature fluctuation during production must not exceed 0.5℃. It is equipped with a multi functional pressure tank, which buffers materials and recirculating materials during production and can be used as a CIP cleaning tank after production.
