Description:

This automated processing line transforms fresh tomatoes into finished ketchup through washing, crushing, enzyme deactivation (85-90°C), vacuum concentration (28-32°Brix), and  filling. The food-grade stainless steel (316L) system features seed/pulp separators, scraped-surface evaporators, and precision fillers (±1% accuracy). With capacities of 200-2000 kgs/hour, it preserves natural color/flavor while meeting Brix/viscosity standards. Ideal for condiment manufacturers, the line integrates CIP/SIP cleaning, supports various packaging (bottles/pouches), and complies with FDA/BRCGS standards. Optional modules include spice blending and robotic case packing.
